Please note that only the German language is binding for definitive statements, agreements, and contracts. This particularly applies to our commission and reservation agreements, as well as purchase or rental contracts and statements regarding our offers.

However, we do speak multiple languages in our office and are willing to communicate with you in a language other than German to potentially simplify the process for you. If you do not agree with this approach, please let us know and provide us with a translator through whom we can communicate.

For notarized purchase contracts, a sworn translator must always be present at the latest by the date of certification.
